Saji Chacko, a chartered accountant by profession, has been with the Crescent Group for the past 23+ years. He has vast experience of over 30+ years post professional qualification in auditing, general accounting, joint venture accounting, compliance, reporting, ERP implementation, mergers/acquisitions and post-merger accounting and integration etc primarily in the core Oil and Gas industry. Saji Chacko is responsible for all accounting and related functions for the consolidated Crescent Group and for Crescent Petroleum. He joined Price Waterhouse, India during 1991 as part of training for his Chartered Accountancy and worked in Price Waterhouse’s Mumbai, Singapore and Dubai offices before joining Crescent Petroleum in 2001. Saji holds a B.Com degree from the University of Mumbai, India. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a graduate member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
