Rohan Popat is Director of Corporate Affairs at Crescent Petroleum, reporting to the Chief Corporate Officer and responsible for the Business Services across the company. Rohan has more than 15 years of experience across Corporate & Business services.
Before joining Crescent Petroleum, Rohan was a Senior Director at ALAT – a Saudi Public Investment Fund company, leading investment strategy & value creation for high-technology sub-sectors in KSA. Before that, Rohan spent 10 years in consulting in various advisory roles for FTSE50- and NYSE-listed businesses as a Principal at BCG & Director at Monitor Deloitte.
Rohan has advised numerous global businesses on organic & inorganic growth strategies, operational improvements, organisational changes & operating model transformations, bringing substantial global and regional experience to his role at Crescent Petroleum.
He holds a Masters in Finance with a specialisation in Private Equity Value Creation from IE Business School and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of California – Los Angeles (UCLA), attained with Honours.
